Take off your sunglasses. Take off your hat. Take down your hair. Take your shoes off. Wiggle your toes around. Take off your socks. Wiggly toes resume. Some of the best moments after a long day on the trail, in life, or at work, amiright? Imagine giving your entire BODY the freedom to wiggle like your toes. More than the clothes, lose all your stories. Give your entire BEING the freedom to wiggle. Take everything off. Strip away all of your conditioning, every projection that you internalized as your truth, and see what’s left underneath all of it. Take off the mask you’re wearing. Leave your coat of armor at home. You don’t need it around here. Uncross your arms. Open your heart. I want to see your eyes and I want to feel your energy. This is a judgment-free zone. Your stories, and mine, are safe here. Permission granted to show up exactly as you are, in all of your mess, and feel nothing but love. There are plenty of places in the world to wear the mask, but over here, in my little corner of the internet and in my physical world, I invite you to give yourself the gift of showing all the way up. I promise to do the same in return.
