We only drink TRUTH JUICE, freshly squeezed, straight to your inbox.

What can you release?

It is okay to be extremely happy. I want to tell you that it is okay to have the parts of your life that need healing co-exist with the parts that are whole and complete. You don’t have to wait until every box is checked to be elated. You can choose to focus on the good to give yourself the fuel and strength and focus to handle the hard stuff. You can invite and allow ease into your life while also holding space for the parts of you that identify with your struggles more than your successes. You can decide to choose love for yourself over the fear of the stigma of whatever ails you. When you heal a part of you, celebrate the hell out of it and use that empowered feeling to explore what is on the other side of the other areas that need healing.

What stories about yourself can you release? What boundaries can you set? What layers can you shed? Who drains you? Who lights you up? Where can you make things easier? How can you simplify? What brings you joy? How can you bring joy to others?

We talk about the rules that “they” set. I think most of them are BS, but this one is truth: You can be anything and anyone you want to be. You can start today. You can let go of one thing that feels SO HEAVY and feel lighter, just by making a choice. In fact, that thing in your mind, the thing you’re thinking of right now, that hard thing, that’s the first thing you should explore. What would it feel like to NOT be weighed down by that thing?

Sit with it. Try letting go of it. Let me know how it goes.
